More Information

Some rubbing to gilt rim line and inner rim
Scratches to centre including painted view
There is some sort of 'wash' over the china on the back of the plate running beside the foot rim.
I've checked with a light for any cracking and cannot see any fault. However to be safe I'm reporting this as probable restoration
